As for us, my wife said that her clitoris becomes overly sensitive after an orgasm, so we have to wait for some time before attempting another orgasm. Moreover, without the stimulation of my hand, her hand, or a vibrator on her clitoris, she cannot reach an orgasm. Therefore, no matter what position (we have tried all positions), relying solely on sexual intercourse does not lead to an orgasm. While I usually reach an orgasm within 2-3 minutes of thrusting.
