Let me ask you a question. Please share your experiences of masturbation during your childhood and adolescence. Did your parents talk to you about it? Do you feel guilty? Do you sometimes think that masturbation is driven by sinful desires, and at other times feel that it's not a problem?

As parents, have you ever discussed the issue of masturbation with your children? Would your advice be different for your sons and daughters?

From my own experience as a young person, I strongly believe that parents should have a discussion with their children about this issue. Letting your son or daughter "figure it out" on their own without any guidance might cause them to be trapped in unnecessary guilt for many years, or conversely, they might regretfully get addicted to pornography and struggle with it, etc.

As a young father, I want to instill in my child a sincere view of sex.
